This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Workforce Advisor to join us at Bronglais General Hospital, Aberystwyth. We are looking for an experienced generalist HR advisor to work with our small operational HR team to support the Workforce Manager and Head of Workforce. The post is 35 hours per week Monday to Friday with some flexibility to travel to other sites in the health board if required. You will have generalist HR experience along with some knowledge/experience of managing organisational change and working in partnership with trade unions in a unionised environment. A good general knowledge of employment law is also required. ( Those currently studying at level 7 IPD, or equivalent would be considered under a trainee post which would be paid at Band 5 until qualified. Band 5 salary is £23,023 - £29,608 pa pro rata).

 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
