Our Theatre Department in Glangwili Hospital is looking to employ enthusiastic staff to join the 'Scrub' team of forward thinking, dynamic and innovative Theatre staff to facilitate the delivery of excellent standards of care to our patients in our busy department.

 

You should be an excellent communicator who understands the importance of teamwork in this critical area. You will also be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to working and will co-ordinate with other colleagues in the multidisciplinary teams.

 

Experience in theatre departments or peri-operative care would be an advantage but we have a complete In-house training programme in place which is run by our own Professional development team.

 

Candidates should possess evidence of Continual Professional Development, and there is an on-call commitment which comes with the post.

 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
