We are looking for a Business Manager to join the busy Commissioning Team. The post-holder will lead the business functions of the team, lead on service user engagement and to manage the Commissioning Administrator in carrying out their duties.

The post holder will introduce and improve systems and processes to support the functions of the Commissioning Team including; ensuring good governance, developing and ensuring efficient and effective business and administrative services to the Head of Outcomes-Based Commissioning, supporting the commissioning function and Area Planning Board for Substance Misuse.

The role will lead on the development and maintenance of the work plans for the Commissioning Team and the Area Planning board, including the management of risks and issues. This will require liaison with team members and internal and external stakeholders.

This is a busy and challenging role which will require the post-holder to work in a complex and diverse system, requiring resilience and the ability to prioritise workload.

This post will initially be based in Global Link, but will move to Woodland House during 2019.

 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
