We are looking for highly motivated, adaptable people who will enjoy the unique challenges of caring for children in their homes and schools within Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset. The role in the home requires the ability to work waking nights.

All shift times are variable your ability to be flexible is essential.

Previous experience in caring for children with healthcare needs is desirable, demonstrating a willingness to learn is essential.

You will receive comprehensive training whilst undergoing competency based assessments. There are professional development opportunities for the right candidate.

You will need to reach a variety of locations therefore access to a vehicle is necessary. Locations include: Shepton Mallet, Weston-Super-Mare, Portishead and Regil (Chew Valley area), Yate, Bradley Stoke, Patchway and other locations in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. You will be compensated for any work travel at 45p per mile.

A variety of part time and full time hours are available. The majority of shifts available are nights, days are limited.


Potential to earn a minimum of £103 per night shift!

We would like you to commit to a minimum of two night shifts a week (18hrs).


Night Rate (10pm - 6am)

£11.36 - £13.52 per hour (dependent on age experience)


Weekend Rate (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays)

£11.36 - £13.52 per hour (dependent on age & experience)


Weekday Rate (Monday to Friday)

£7.58 - £9.01 per hour (dependent on age & experience)

This is a challenging but rewarding role. Previous experience of working in care would be desirable, but a commitment to deliver quality care is essential.
