This is an exciting opportunity for trained nurses who have a strong passion for stroke care to be joining the existing friendly and dedicated team of nurses on each sites .The acute stroke units which cares for patients from admission to discharge from hospital. The units are ranked amongst the top stroke units in the country. The post holder will be responsible in the delivery of excellence in stroke care. A full induction and stroke training will be given.
