Are you looking for an interesting and varied Adult Speech and Language Therapy post?

We have a part time 0.6 WTE Band 6 post to work in our Parkinson’s Day Unit and Intermediate Care Service within our adult Speech and Language Therapy Team in Barnet and are looking for a skilled, motivated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist who would like to join us.

Our wider service covers Intermediate Care Services, Early Supported Stroke Discharge, In-patient Rehabilitation, Voice, Home Enteral Feeding Team and The Parkinson’s service. We offer care in clinics, in the patients’ homes and in some in-patient settings. This post offers variety and opportunity to develop the range of your clinical skills in both dysphagia and a range of communication disorders, supervisory skills, as well as joint working with a range of professionals and opportunities to contribute to service development.

CLCH offers a range of training and development opportunities as well as excellent supervision and management support. There is a support network of SLTs locally in Barnet as well as across CLCH, with regular meetings where clinical and professional issues can be discussed.
