Desirable/ Requirements: QCF Level 2 Health & Social Care OR working towards

Hours of Work: Flexible hours to be arranged ranging from 16 / 24 hours per week (we would welcome applications from individuals who are seeking evening or weekend work

About the Role: We have a vacancy for you to join an existing friendly team, supporting individuals with a learning disability and autism to lead a full and meaningful life. The ideal candidate for this post will have experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities/Autism.

About the Service: : Oak is a mixed gender residential home, registered to accommodate up to 8 individualswith autism and learning disabilities. Oak adopts a person centred approach to promote the development of both social and adaptive skills, leading towards maintaining and increasing independence and offering opportunities to enhance the person's quality of life.
