Due to service development an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our 20 bedded Ceri reablement unit.
We are looking for Band 5 nurses to join the multi-disciplinary team working with our, Medical Teams, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dieticians and Speech and Language Therapists.
