An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time clinical pharmacist to join our Medicines Service team.

The successful candidate will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering transformed services to frail older people and working to ensure effective medicines optimisation for patients

  • residing in care homes

  • attending the Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre

    You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and have the confidence to engage and influence a wide range of healthcare professionals. You must be committed to the delivery of high standards in a patient focused service. Experience of performing Clinical Medicine Reviews is preferable but not essential. Applicants are welcome to apply from all backgrounds of pharmacy.

You will receive professional support from our established Medicines Service team based in Hull. Whilst you will also be based in Hull you must have an independent means of transport to travel around the geographic area our services operate across and also to work flexibly to meets the needs of the organisation.
