City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC) is an independent, co-owned “for better profit” and co-owned Community Interest Company providing high quality local health and care services in Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire, Knowsley, Wigan and St Helens.

Our vision is to lead and inspire through excellence, compassion and expertise in all that we do and we are looking for exceptional people to work with us to provide the highest possible care to the people who use our services.

We deliver over 50 diverse services in community settings, helping to minimise the need for acute care in hospital. We employ around 2,400 people, which means we have lots of opportunities for progression and development; we recognise enthusiasm, innovation and dedication and are keen to give colleagues with these qualities a chance to shine.

We pride ourselves on providing high quality patient care and our core values of service and excellence, equality and diversity, creativity and innovation and co-operation and partnership help us to do this. We want people who join CHCP CIC to share these values, which are firmly rooted in our culture along with the seven Cs of care, compassion, competence, communication, courage, commitment and candour.

We can offer an excellent package of benefits, including becoming a shareholder in CHCP CIC (at a cost of only £1), giving you the chance to have a voice in your business.

An opportunity has arisen for an individual with strong SystmOne skills to join the IM&T Project team within City Health Care Partnership. The successful candidate must have experience of delivering training, along with a keen interest in business intelligence.

Based at the Business Support Centre in Hull, the role will also require you to travel across the East Riding, with occasionally visits to the North West supporting our Clinical and Public Health teams in the use of IT Systems.

This role supports the larger Systems team and specialists in the ongoing development of our primary clinical system, SystmOne, but with the flexibility to take on responsibilities in ensuring that data quality is maintained, through both reporting and training duties.

We are looking for a candidate that is able to work independently and within a team. The post holder must be able to work to tight deadlines, with a passion for developing Clinical Systems. You must have excellent communication and engagement skills and be both effective and comfortable operating within a fast paced and demanding environment.
