We have an exciting opportunity to work within Ealing Recovery Team West across our Planned and Primary Care Services, delivering recovery orientated interventions to support service users to improve their mental health and wellbeing. The role utilises a recovery approach to develop and deliver client centred care plans together with service users, families and carers to support people to reach their goals and fulfil their potential.

 

The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary health and social care team. The post holder will be expected to hold a caseload of service users as delegated by Senior Practitioners/ Team Managers. .

 

The service also offers a group programme, both within the team and working with the Recovery College which the successful candidate may be involved in delivering.

 

The role will offer clinical supervision with registered mental health professional but with opportunities to work autonomously as appropriate.

 

The role requires applicants to have previous knowledge of mental health and preferably experience.

 

West London Mental Health trust offers a number of opportunities including regular supervision and comprehensive CPD packages. Each year specific training is provided in line with service need and current evidence base.

We offer Relocation packages for some positions (including Band 5 and Band 6 Nurses) - a relocation allowance of up to £8000 is offered for those who meet a required criteria.

Registered Nurses are required to produce their current NMC Revalidation documents/Portfolio at the assessment centre for verification, unless you are a newly qualified nurse from University.
