Full Time             37.5 hours

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Administrator to support the CAMHS Crisis Care (Alliance) Service in their work with children and young people with mental health difficulties. The successful candidate will provide a wide range of administrative support to the multi-disciplinary community team. This will include acting as the first point of contact for professionals referring into the service, playing a key role in the management of referrals, as well as sorting and dealing with correspondence, filing, photocopying, typing and accurate minute taking and data entry.

You must be able to demonstrate good organisation and communication skills, flexibility, reliability and have a methodical approach to work. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for a dependable and highly adaptable individual who is able to work independently, and has the ability to fit in and proactively contribute as a valued team member. 

This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a fast moving and dynamic team within the NHS. Although it is a standalone role within the Alliance team, the post holder will be part of the wider West London NHS Trust CAMHS community administrative team and will receive support, training to develop in the role.
