A flexible working opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and professional person to provide data analysis on a range of projects within the People Services team (HR).

This is an exciting role and we are looking for an experienced Workforce Information Analyst to undertake specific projects and programmes of work relating to Trust strategic priorities and be responsible for gathering, interpreting, analysing and presenting data and information across a range of methods in support of the following projects:

  • CQC
  • Staff Survey
  • People and OD Deep Dives
  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
  • NHSi/E reporting and benchmarking
  • Annual Business and Workforce Planning
  • ESR Managers Self Service implementation
  • Organisational Change

To be successful in this role you will have a high level of knowledge and skills in relation to data management, interpretation and analysis, with the ability to deliver the complex data to a range of audiences.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
