An opportunity has arisen to become part of our Commercial and Customer Service administration team.

 

This important role will assist in supporting the work of NHS Blood and Transplant which offers a wide range of clinical services including patient treatments, provision of specialist transfusion advice and the collection, processing and testing of around 2.5 million blood donations each year.

 

In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the crucial work of our Commercial and Customer Service Team. Your responsibilities will involve preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings, booking travel and managing telephone calls and enquiries. An important aspect of this role will include facilitating good communications between customers, team members and internal departments.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a systematic and organised approach to their work. You should also bring to this role a good standard of education and working knowledge of the Internet, word processing and spreadsheet packages. A talent for communicating both verbally and in writing is essential.

 

This is a fixed term role for 12 months.
