An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to work in our outpatient team at Rutland Memorial Hospital. Duties will include; preparing notes for clinic, receptionist work, requesting patient reports, liaising with consultant and nursing teams and a variety of other administrative duties.

You will become part of a talented, passionate team of people, committed to providing the best care and treatment to patients. You will receive at least 27 days' holiday each year, plus a range of other benefits including occupational health and counselling services.

In addition to effective interpersonal skills, the post holder will need to be flexible as they may be required to occasionally undertake cross site working to meet the needs of the service.
