An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 Specialist Physiotherapist to provide rehabilitation to the patients in North Devon. This post will be within the Bideford Community Health and Social Care Team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of clinical duties within a variety of community environments including patients’ homes and other care settings. The post holder will also be involved in supporting the Team's Rapid Response Service, providing urgent assessments to prevent hospital admission.

The case load will be extremely variable with neurological, orthopaedic, respiratory and falls work being included.

The post holder will also be responsible for providing a supervisory role and participating in service development opportunities.

The successful applicant will be working within a dynamic community health and social care team to provide an integrated approach to address the patient’s needs.

The post holder will be HCPC registered with graduate diploma/degree in physiotherapy.
