Salary:Equivalent to NHS Agenda for Change Band 5 (£24,907 to £30,615)

Location:NEMS Platform One, Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3AJ
Interview Date: 17th and 18th August, 2022
To provide the Training Hub with data capture, analysis and reporting, whilst supporting project work streams, focussing on Primary and Social Care initiatives.
• Exporting Primary Care workforce data from NHS / Health Education England (HEE) digital systems and sources. Analyse data to inform NATH decision making.
• Managing and maintaining the student placement and apprenticeship databases and trackers. Provide progress reports.
• Analysing the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) survey and produce profiles based on PBP, PCNs and job roles.
• Inputting into the question design of various user feedback surveys to ensure relevant data is captured to answer the research questions.
• Developing, reviewing and improving governance processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
