We are looking for a confident leader who is able to provide robust complex support to the admin team and service managers, think on their feet and has the ability to manage conflicting priorities, delegating where appropriate.

Solent’s Mental Health Services cover a variety of different services including inpatient facilities for both adults and older persons, community services including rehab, crisis and health and wellbeing, IAPT Talking Change and learning disabilities.

This is a fast paced role that will require you to confidently work and communicate with staff at a variety of levels and have a proactive, positive approach. You will be providing Business Support to the clinical teams and senior leadership team and work on projects to assist the redesigning, mapping of changes and identifying processes. You will have experience of managing staff within an administrative setting, dealing with complex HR investigations and improving performance.

You will be an advocate for change and have the necessary negotiation skills required to implement any changes. A good knowledge of policies and procedures would be desirable as would a degree in a relevant field but not essential.

This is a fixed term position for 12 months.
