We are looking for someone upbeat, organised and can face challenges on a day to day basis.

The Team:

Exciting opportunity within the Pay & Compliance Team of Centralised Staffing Service, this opportunity will allow you to engage with our temporary staffing workforce, this includes our external agencies, and various different services and teams with the organisation.

The Role:

  • Handle and deal with compliance and some pay related queries.
  • Ideally you will have some form of compliance background (not necessarily NHS) and be able to understand the intricacy and thought processes of being in a role that focuses on compliance.
  • This will include monitoring and documenting compliance activities, liaising with internal and external agencies.
  • You will have some concept and knowledge around regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • You will need to manage your own workload and demonstrate work ethic in your day-to-day work

Be able to work and adapt in a close-knit team made up of like-minded people.

You would need to be able to work in an organised and methodical manner, be reliable and have a sharp acumen for investigating and thinking outside the box.

Next Steps:

Currently the job is working from home until the foreseeable future working core business hours.

Position is for 2 persons: Both full time equivalent:

  • 1x permanent contract
  • 1x 12 months Fixed Term Contract
