Our patients have a range of acute and long term neurological conditions that have had an impact on their physical and cognitive state, we work as a team to assess, plan and provide personalsied care for each individual to aid any possible recovery.

In the role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and wellbeing of our inpatients, through assessments, delivering personal care whislt promoting privacy and dignity and sharing information/observations with the nurse in charge. Supprting patients with their nutritional, skin, contience and mobility care as well as tailoring communciation to suit the needs of the individual.

  • Communication Skills, written and verbal.

Hours per week: 37.5 hours, part time will be considered for 22.5 hours and above. Hours will be worked on a shift pattern each week.
