Business Administration Assistant Acute Mental Health Inpatients - Permanent Full Time

An opportunity has arisen to join the Directorate of Mental Health (DMH) as a Business Admin Assistant within our Acute Inpatient Service at Bradgate Unit.

This opportunity comes at an exciting time within mental health as we undergo the re-provision, design and expansion of our Mental Health Services through the Trust's Step Up To Great - Mental Health Programme.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised with excellent communication and customer services skills. You will be working closely with the clinical team on a busy inpatient ward. You will work closely with all professionals internal to LPT and external supporting patient care delivery.

The post holder will demonstrate the Trust Values in everything they do, establish effective leadership and communication skills and ensure they operate with quality in everything they do, maintaining a safe environment.

For rostered areas, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.

We will consider requests to work alternative hours or vary working patterns in line with our flexible working policy.
