We have exciting new opportunities for motivated and enthusiastic Practice Development Nurses to join our Mental Health Directorate. We have posts across Acute, Forensic, PICU and Urgent Care Services. There are both full and part time opportunities available.

You will work as part of the Clinical and Professional Development Team to take responsibility for improving clinical practice across the Directorate working closely with the clinical teams.

You will work alongside our clinical colleagues in a training and development capacity, role modelling evidence-based practice, care planning, competency in clinical skills, reflective practice, and learning.

For rostered areas, these are set in advance at a team level and you will join an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date.

We will consider requests to work alternative hours or vary working patterns in line with our flexible working policy.
