Band 5 Immunisation Nurses –1 Year Fixed Term Contract Term Time Only

£25,655 to £31,534 full time equivalent (AFC 2021). We are looking to recruit Registered Nurses who can support our immunisation team in the Boroughs of Runnymede and Surrey Heath in North West Surrey.

Following a comprehensive restructure of our services Children and Family Health Surrey (CFHS) is recruiting extensively to our Community 0–19 and School-age immunisation service.

Post is 3-5 days per week during the school term with either a 6 or 7.5-hour day and the option for term time plus three weeks.

A Registered Nurse Professional qualification and Car owner / driver are essential.

Experience of working with children and young people is preferred.

We are looking to recruit staff nurses with enthusiasm and a commitment to improve health outcomes for children and young people. If you have the drive and passion to work with communities and families to make a difference then we would like to hear from you. We are delivery an extensive school vaccination programme to school aged children at both Primary and Secondary Schools offered as part of the school-based immunisation service.

You will be guided and supervised by of our Senior Immunisation Nurses and supported to develop your knowledge and skills relating to immunisations. As a service provider we are committed to professional development and have an invigorating training plan.
