Mainly working from our Yeadon Dental clinic but also when required working from other locations across the city which would include Middleton, Reginald Centre and St Georges at Middleton.

The role includes meeting and greeting patients, booking and cancelling appointments both face to face and over the phone.
Gaining consent for treatment, receiving and banking patient fees. General admin to include updating waiting lists, receiving and processing new referrals, emailing, scanning and other admin tasks.

Aconfident, friendly, caring individual, team player with good organisational skills. Flexibility to complete tasks and move around to the different sites as required

Knowledgeable about IT and Microsoft applications and appointment booking systems.Knowledge ofDental software and terminologywould be a bonus.

Where there is a requirement for staff in this role to provide Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated activities in England; in line with new government regulations which come into force from 1 April 2022, the employee will need to evidence they have had two doses of a Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) approved COVID-19 vaccine, or that they come within a specified exemption.
