Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, hardworking and experienced Administrator to work across the Podiatry Administration Team.
You will be the main point of contact for the service and will work in an friendly and supportive office environment. The Podiatry Administration Team is located at Stockdale House, Headingley. The successful candidate will be required to work at Stockdale House, however there may be some flexibility to work remotely at times.
We offer the successful candidate a friendly, supportive and pleasant environment within an organisation that strongly promotes individual development and encourages opportunities to develop your skills.

You will be required to undertake general office duties to enable the smooth and efficient running of the department; which includes; inputting referrals onto the clinical system, booking patient appointments, answering the telephone, communicating with Health Care Professionals, GPs and patients.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and adaptable, an individual who is a good team player; must possess excellent computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You should also have good communication skills both verbal and written. You should enjoy helping people and be able to complete tasks with good attention to detail.
