The National Institute for Health Research/Wellcome Trust, King’s Clinical Research Facility is offering an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Receptionist/Admin Assistant to be part of our growing research team. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential and skills in IT is desirable. You will be the first point of contact on entry to the CRF dealing with all queries in a professional and friendly manner. You will be responsible in welcoming all visitors and study volunteers, families and staff and provide an effective administrative service to staff, research participants and researchers as requested.

The King’s CRF is an NHS research facility based in Denmark Hill in London which serves a diverse local population and works closely with one of the most distinguished and research-intensive Universities in London – King’s College London. The CRF provides a dedicated, well-equipped and professional environment that enables medical staff and scientists to work together to investigate disease and trial the latest scientific ideas for improving diagnosis and treatment. We have a particular focus on Haemato/Oncology, Neurology, Neuroimaging and Mental Health, therefore previous experience in these specialities would be desirable. You will have access to high-quality training and continued professional development. You will be part of a supportive team with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills. You will be provided with a comprehensive induction programme and have a personal development plan tailored to your training and development needs. We pride ourselves on being able to give bespoke care to our patients.
