Clinical Systems Trainer

Full Time Permanent Role

The Clinical Systems team are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and highly motivated Clinical Systems trainers to join their team based in Essex. This is a friendly and passionate team; whose members continually strive to improve their service.

Applicants should have knowledge of NHS practices with a background delivering training, formally or informally. This is a privileged role in which you will be able to effect positive change across the Trust.

Our ideal candidates will have a strong team work ethic with sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to manage priorities whilst supporting a number of short, medium- & long-term projects.

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Clinical system knowledge of GPSoC/GPIT Futures Lot 1 Principal clinical systems - e.g. TPP SystmOne
  • Experience in providing end user training
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience of managing/supporting projects/supporting Learners
  • Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills
  • Expertise in service delivery and best practice

Role Responsibilities

  • System training delivery for new starters or refresher training including a core baseline of courses available delivered on-site, in a formal classroom environment or online.
  • Support practice optimisation of principle GP clinical systems and National digital systems, by providing support, guidance, and advice
  • Leading projects with support of other trainers
  • Responding to enquiries / queries regarding training and attending meetings & User Group meetings
  • Organising, planning, and delivering training sessions in line with the company process
  • Developing an increasing knowledge of the overall functionality of new and existing operational systems.
