Are you looking for a Band 5 physical rehabilitation Occupational Therapy post in West Hertfordshire with the potential to rotate through different local rehabilitation settings?

Have you thought about a move out from London? There are good transportation links via bus or Watford junction train station within easy reach from Langley House. Excellent road links are available from our sites with the M25 and M1 nearby. There is also ample free parking just across the road.

Would you like to work with an enthusiastic team who will support and help you develop your clinical, managerial, personal and professional skills? It is an exciting time to join the new team in West Herts and we are seeking enthusiastic and skilled colleagues to join us as we build on existing models of care and introduce new ways of working. We are expanding the existing workforce in order to incorporate 7 day working and you may be expected to work 1 in 5 weekends once fully competent in your clinical practice.

You will have the opportunity to develop your understanding and application of the OT process, complete assessments and rehabilitation programmes for activities of daily living, experience different assistive devices and how to evidence and provide excellent clinical reasoning for use of equipment.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual, who is passionate about helping patients to improve their quality of life and helping staff to develop in their roles and are keen to learn. You will be working with a dedicated multidisciplinary team that includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Doctors and Social Workers. The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, have excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to problem solve and prioritise.
