If so, we are looking to appoint enthusiastic, highly motivated, and dynamic Junior Advanced Clinical Practitioner. This would suit an individual with a passion for providing excellent care, and who aspires to provide high quality, safe, patient-centered, and effective care within a multidisciplinary team environment.

You will be part of supportive clinical team lead by an experienced Senior Advanced clinical Practitioner team and will work under their leadership and direction.  The post will require you to develop your skills and knowledge to work as an autonomous practitioner to appropriately assess, examine, investigate, diagnose, and treat patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions.

We are keen to attract the right individual to this role, therefore, we are committed to providing training and support to help individuals to achieve the full ACP level of competency to meet the needs and responsibilities for the role.

You will need to have 2 clinical modules at Masters level and the V300 prescribing qualification is desirable.

Rate of pay:-  £51,499.50 to £53,566.60, depending on experience post MSc in Advanced Practice and qualification as a non-medical prescriber.
