Audit and Governance Lead

37.5 hours/week Monday to Friday (job share may be considered)

A vacancy has arisen within NAViGO’s Assurance Team for a full time Band 6 Audit and Governance Lead based at NAViGO House. The team supports Governance and Assurance throughout the organisation including clinical audit, care quality commission inspection and policies. This role will play a pivotal part in this agenda by using best practice guidance, and national and local clinical audit data to support clinical teams to provide outstanding care. To help us achieve this, we are looking for somebody who is educated to degree level or has equivalent experience and who has a positive attitude, good communication skills, and attention to detail.

The workload is varied and interesting and includes working with mental health teams across the organisation. The role will utilise your previous experience whilst developing your project management, information management and quality improvement skills.

A degree or equivalent experience, experience in a healthcare setting and in a governance related discipline are essential. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to keep calm and work under their own initiate. Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and analytical skills are also essential.
