To qualify for the apprenticeship role the minimum criteria is:-

  • that you must have GCSE in English and Maths grade A-C (or equivalent)

Our Commitment to you is to help you gain a qualification in Customer Service at Level 2 Apprenticeship within a 14 month contract.

37.5 hours per week working at Glenfield Hospital.

As part of the apprentice scheme you will have access to study sessions, a mentor and a training provider. The Respiratory Physiology Department is a busy and varied service.

You will become part of the departments administration team, working closely with the clinical teams, with your main responsibilities being reception duties, booking appointments and answering telephone calls. In addition to effective interpersonal skills, the post holder will need to be willing to learn new skills and work on a variety of tasks across the team.

You will become part of a talented, passionate team of people, committed to providing the best care and treatment to patients. On top of your basic salary, you will receive 27 days holiday each year, plus a range of other benefits including occupational health and counselling services.
