We are looking for a passionate, professional and ambitious Nursing Associate to join our clinical team at Northern Healthcare Ltd.


A little bit about Northern Healthcare

Northern Health Care provides mental health recovery services across many regions within the UK. Our services consist of Support Living and community outreach services which provide our residents and service users with access to 24 hr support from experienced clinical and support staff.

We support over 150 adults across the UK in all aspects of their daily lives and mental health recovery. Currently our services are based across the North West, North East, Cumbria, Yorkshire and Midlands.

We want to make a lifelong positive impact to the quality of life of the people we support. We work hard with fellow adult mental health and social care professionals to ensure that Northern Healthcare is the right step for anyone coming to our services. We have developed a unique clinically led, recovery-focused support model which provides individuals with dedicated 24-hour support in high-quality accommodation. Residents are empowered and supported by our team to manage their own tenancy agreement with an independent housing association.

 

What we are looking for

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Nursing Associate to join our team who will be committed and have the values, passion, and determination in putting people first, whilst supporting the lives of people with a learning disability or mental health illness.

It can be quite challenging at times, but the rewards are truly amazing to see our residents improving with the support we provide! This role is offered on either a part-time or full-time basis. 

The Nursing associate will work  independently under the leadership of Clinical Lead – RMN’s,

The role of the Nursing Associate is to work with the clinical team to assess, plan, organise and deliver clinical care for service users with complex and challenging needs within an enhanced supported living environment.

You'll provide support and direction to team members and assist in the smooth coordination and running of the unit.
