We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Front of House team here at The London Clinic. This role is based in our Consulting Houses in Central London (close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations) with a competitive salary on offer up to £22,684 per annum.

Job Description

As a key member of the Front of House Department, you will be responsible for providing a professional and patient focused service to our referring consultants and their patients attending our reception, registration and cashiering areas; administration support on behalf of Radiotherapy & Radiology and reporting consultants.

  • Job Type:Full Time, permanent position.
  • Hours:40 Hours per week (Monday to Friday & one Saturday per Month).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all your contact with patients, clients, staff and visitors are courteous and professional and the service delivered meets with the agreed specified protocol and turnaround time of results and / or reports to clients.
  • To respond to enquiries in a helpful manner directing clients to the right source if they have come to us in error.
  • The ability to prioritise conflicting tasks.
  • To use the computer system, Meditech, for client records and registration, Order Entry, Billing and cashiering routines.
  • To provide a professional, efficient and customer focused reception and accurate registration of patient’s details to our clients attending for Radiology.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in a similar private hospital or a 4*/5* hotel / corporate front of house.
  • Experiance working in a customer services environment.
  • Excellent communicator who is adaptable and has good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Good inter-personal skills with awareness of patient confidentiality and can work successfully in a multi-disciplinary team.
