We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a flexible approach to join our friendly Administration Team, supporting clinical teams within the Cardiac and Respiratory services. This is a permanent post which comprises of a combination of Chapeltown Health Centre and home working base; the ideal candidate will have previous office experience.
You will be working in a friendly and pleasant team environment for an organisation that strongly promotes individual development and encourages opportunities to develop personal skills.

The post is 37.5 hours per week and the working pattern is Monday to Friday.

Candidates must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be required to set up general office systems, word process documents, liaise with patients and their carers, other colleagues and professionals, as well as have contact with outside agencies. Good communication skills are essential for this post in addition to GCSE English and Maths Level A to C, NVQ Level 2 in Customer care or equivalent qualification, Level 2 IT Skills or equivalent experience, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage.
