Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust provide services from two main hospitals, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital, and a number of clinics across London and the South-East.

We have over 6,000 members of staff that are PROUD to Care for nearly one million people. Both hospitals provide full clinical services, including full maternity, emergency and children’s, in addition to a range of community-based services across London, such as award-winning sexual health and HIV clinics.

Our facilities are some of the best in the country. We have been investing around £10 million a year in our estate. We are currently spending c. £25 million on expanding our adult and neonatal critical care facilities at Chelsea and Westminster and redevelopment of our children’s unit at West Middlesex – in partnership with our charity, CW+ and generous donors.

The Role


Communications Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Communications Manager to join us at Imperial College Health Partners (ICHP).

ICHP is a partnership organisation bringing together NHS providers of healthcare services, clinical commissioning groups and leading universities across North West London. We have been designated by NHS England as the Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) for North West London, and we are one of 15 AHSNs across England which make up The AHSN Network.

At ICHP we believe that innovation can be a powerful trigger to create new ways of working.

Through working with world leading hospitals, community providers, commissioners and universities, we match health challenges with new innovations. This helps our partners provide the best possible health and care outcomes for North West London’s 2.3 million residents.

Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Communications Manager, pivotal in driving the development and dissemination of our communications across a multitude of channels.

The post holder will have a passion for healthcare communications with a flair for content creation and storytelling. We need a driven self-starter to take on editorial leadership with an expertise for digital communications.

The role spans both strategic and operational delivery and you will be confident in both with your focus on making a real difference to healthcare services and patients.
