We are looking for someone to join our team who has the ability and experience to drive communications and engagement at a senior level, leading and undertaking specific communications and engagement programmes to support both behavioural change and service transformation for our local health and care services.

The Communications and Engagement Manager will support key portfolio areas of work across Frimley CCG and ICS, as well as projects based in one or more of our five places, Bracknell Forest, North East Hampshire and Farnham, Slough, Surrey Heath, and the Royal Borough of Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead.

They will be working as part of creative and innovative team to deliver a wide range of communications to both residents and professionals, as well as deliver patient and public engagement to support transformation. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Engagement, they will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering communications and engagement activity. We are looking for someone who has a wide range of communications skills, from writing engaging copy and skills in storytelling, to understanding social media and creating graphics and creative assets.

This is an exciting time to joining Frimley CCG as we work towards becoming statutory Integrated Care Systems from April 2022. The role is broad and with opportunities to be involved in many projects across health and care.
