We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Administrator to join our busy, friendly and progressive HR Business Partner / Advisor team. Our team provides services to the entire Trust operation which covers a workforce of 5,000 across seven counties across the South West of England.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, hardworking and fast-paced team looking after the administration of the HR Business Partner & Advisory team and employee relations function of the Trust.

Whilst initially the successful candidate will work remotely, in the future they will work out of our HQ offices in Exeter. They will use their skills and knowledge to deliver professional support and advice to members of the HRBP / Advisory team as well as colleagues across the Trust.

The primary focus will be the planning of meetings and hearings, ensuring the appropriate paperwork is collated in an accurate and professional format and sharing with all parties in line with the time parameters required, as well as following GDPR guidelines.

We are looking for someone who can manage all the administration which accompanies a really busy team, as well as them having experience of using a HR Case Management system (Selenity). In addition, it is essential that the individual has experience in minute taking for hearings. Ideally we would like someone who is a self-starter and can adapt relatively quickly and work with initiative, due to the nature of the role.

Applicants should have a good standard of education, and a good level of clerical or administration experience.
