Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) provides a range of community health, mental health and learning disability services for people of all ages. Delivered through over 100 settings from inpatient wards to out in the community, our 6,500 staff serves over 1m people living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.


Workforce Supply Coordinatorto join the Covid Workforce Bureau. Home based. Do not need to be able to drive/have own transport.

This team concentrates on supplying staff to support the Covid Vaccination programme in our area. This role will focus on sourcing staff to fill shifts and managing queries from both staff and vaccination sites. Vaccination sites operate 7 days a week and so do we so we can make sure sites have the staff they need to run smoothly.

The experience you’ll need:

Experience of working in customer service or using staff rostering/scheduling software would be beneficial.

The skills you’ll need:

  • You’ll need to be self-motivated and self-managed. This is increasingly more important with us working remotely at the moment.
  • Great communication skills – you’ll need to be able to negotiate, persuade and influence your stakeholders to ensure all vaccination sites have the staff they need.
  • Organisation skills. You’ll need to be able to manage different priorities and workloads.
  • Solutions focused. You'll be the first point of contact for both staff and managers of vaccination sites and need to handle all contacts with a positive attitude and a friendly manner.

For areas where our teams work to staffing rosters, rosters are set in advance at a team level and you will be joining an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date. We will consider requests to vary working patterns in line with our flexible working policy.
