A post has arisen to support the Listening into Action and Health and Wellbeing Lead in promoting both of these initiatives at LPT.

Based within the Human Resources Department the successful candidate will assist in the design and production of campaigns for HWB and support LiA teams to promote events and share successes.

You will also support the LiA/HWB lead to

  • Design and produce posters/invitations/ newsletters and power point presentations
  • Use social media to promote both HWB and LiA initiatives.
  • Create events on uLearn
  • Create and maintain media plans
  • Support events held for staff
  • Update and maintain the staff intranet site for LiA and HWB site

You should hold a level 3 qualification in digital marketing and have a good understanding of media/communications policies within LPT, to adhere to LPT and NHS branding guidelines. You will be flexible and able to work alone at times to research topics and translate ideas into communications that can be widely shared under the direction of the LiA/ HWB lead.

You will be based at Leicester County Hall with some travel between sites when necessary and the opportunity to work from home at times.

For areas where our teams work to staffing rosters, rosters are set in advance at a team level and you will be joining an established roster. Your rostered shifts will be confirmed to you when arranging your start date. We will consider requests to vary working patterns in line with our flexible working policy.

To make the most of your application, we may consider successful applicants for vacancies for the same post in different locations where this is appropriate and meets our mutual requirements.

For all substantive roles the appointment of every new member of staff (excluding medical and dental staff) to a post is subject to a 6 month probationary period, details of which are in our Probation Policy.
