The SWAST Business Intelligence team is a small, friendly and very productive team of Developer-Analysts.

We use a lot of Microsoft SQL, Power BI Reporting Services,, Tableau and Excel. We use information for the benefit of the Trust’s patients, team members and productivity.

This band 7 Business Intelligence Lead position is a key role within the team. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in data warehousing and all aspects of reporting now looking to manage the workload of a team of analysts within the Business Intelligence team.

We are looking for someone who will work with and advise the Business Intelligence manager in continually innovating and improving all areas of the trust’s Business Intelligence services.

We need someone who is intelligent; a good communicator committed to service improvement, someone capable of delivering intuitive and transformational reporting solutions.

We provide time to learn new things, online training resources and we support flexible working hours and (of course) working from home.

We would also be interested to hear from you if you consider yourself to be a senior data analyst, senior information analyst, senior data engineer, data scientist, Web Developer.
