Would you like to be part our Trust's exciting journey to implement the ReSPECT process?

Are you passionate about the ReSPECT process and the positive impact it can have for patients and their families?

We are looking for a confident and motivated individual to help deliver the final stage of a well-established Education and Training programme, upskilling staff to undertake ReSPECT conversations with patients in order to support their wishes for future care preferences.

The training will be delivered virtually which will provide flexibility for the successful candidate. You should possess excellent IT skills and be able to speak to a wide range of clinicians on the subject matter for which training will provided. You will be training community clinicians alongside developing a train the trainer package for our acute partners.

You will need experience leading on and understanding DNACPR (Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) conversations, the ability to translate experience into educational delivery, communication skills and audit experience.

  • 12 months secondment or fixed term contract.
  • Hours of work – 18.75 hrs per week
