Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) provides a range of community health, mental health and learning disability services for people of all ages. Delivered through over 100 settings from inpatient wards to out in the community, our 6,500 staff serves over 1m people living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.


The role is based at The Willows, 1 Cordelia Close, Leicester LE5 OLE (initially, this may change as the service grows) There will also be some agile working involved.

The Enhanced Rehabilitation and Recovery Pathway (ERRP) are looking to recruit a business administrative assistant to support the pathway and the new Community Enhanced Rehabilitation Team.

Our newly formed pathway, identified with the trusts step up to great transformation work, are looking to recruit a highly organised Band 3 business administrative assistant who is proficient in a range of software programmers, such as Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word.

It is vital for the post holder to have excellent organisational skills and can assist in the development of the new pathway and the community rehab team. Good communication skills are essential as the post holder will be supporting both inpatient and community multi-disciplinary teams. The post holder will be required to extrapolate data from various sources and should be confident in managing and collating clinical data and information.

The hours required are 9-5 Monday-Friday.
