JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We have a post available in the Trauma and Orthopaedics department, and some key responsibilities will include assisting with relevant administrative and customer service processes; answering telephones; photocopying; producing documents; filing; liaising with other departments. We are seeking individuals who have good communication and organisational skills.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

You must be keen to learn and work in a medical environment. You will have good computer knowledge and able to demonstrate good communication skills (including literacy and numeracy), team working and attention to detail.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The apprentices will undertake a nationally recognised qualification related to this role.
