We are looking for a highly organised motivated, enthusiastic individual to work closely with the Operational Management Team to deliver an effective and efficient administration for the team. Working to the Executive Assistant this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a great team.

The post holder will be experienced at working with staff at all levels, and able to work with accuracy in order to provide high quality administrative support. You should be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise your own workload possessing excellent organisational skills and being able to identify and escalate any problems in a timely manner.

Good communication skills and the ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously are vital skills. You will be expected to use your initiative and discretion in maintaining confidentiality, whilst having demonstrating an enthusiasm for your work and drive to provide high quality administrative services in support of the wider team and Trust goals.
