NCH&C understands the importance of outstanding staff communications and places great emphasis on the importance of having informed and motivated staff to provide the best possible community healthcare for the people of Norfolk. We need an expert communicator who will be responsible for delivering creative and multi-channel marketing and promotional campaigns, work on raising the profile of NCH&C with its internal and external stakeholders; provide support for our staff engagement campaigns and programmes, create updates across our range of digital platforms; and be a brand guardian for NCH&C.

You will need excellent copy writing skills and be able to plan and coordinate marketing activity. We need someone creative who can design assets for print and digital purposes, as well as create engaging content for our social media, trust websites and our intranet. You will have experience of delivering targeted marketing campaigns and demonstrating results.

You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be exceptionally organised, and a tenacious influencer.

This is fast-paced and autonomous role in a small but high performing team. You will need excellent communications and project management skills, be highly organised with an eye for detail, and be able to work collaboratively with energy and tenacity.

DBS - If this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and you are not a current employee of Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust or being recruited as an Apprentice then the cost of the DBS check will be automatically removed from your first month’s salary. However if you are registered with the update service this may not be required.
