The post holder will work as part of the integrated legal, quality and governance structure supporting delivery of all aspects of integrated quality governance in the domains of safety, clinical effectiveness, quality assurance and risk management.

 

To support the Health, Safety and Compliance Manager and the Quality and Compliance facilitator in the delivery of an efficient and effective service.

 

This is a key role within the department with the post holder maintaining effective assurance processes for regulatory compliance and quality activities, and facilitating a high quality administrative service. The post holder will be expected to interact with all levels of staff in relation to the requirements of regulation, compliance, quality and assurance and be able to work independently in some areas.

 

The post holder will support delivery of the Trust’s regulatory activities in relation to quality compliance to ensure achievement of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, and quality improvement.

This post will be dynamic and requires a self-motivated, pro-active and professional individual with the confidence and ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with both the Quality and Governance and Quality and Compliance Teams.

The post holder should be well organised and confident individual who is able to work in a fast moving environment and embrace change.

In line with other NHS Organisations in the Yorkshire and Humber Region a successful candidate appointed into a post within this Trust will be required to pay the DBS check fee (£45). This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
