An exciting opportunity has arisen for applications for a Support Worker to join an enthusiastic and dynamic Recovery Focussed Team in North Lincolnshire.

We work in the Community with people aged 18 and over experiencing Mental Health problems including psychosis and non-psychosis, and with their permission, family and friends.

Our aim is to support recovery, social inclusion and maintain an enhanced quality of life. The post holder will be central to this process, developing therapeutic relationships with support and time, utilising creative approaches to achieve the best outcomes.

The post holder will also be involved in a range of health promotion activities targeting stigma and raising awareness of mental health issues.

In return we can offer a friendly and supportive multi disciplinary approach and environment in which to develop, through training opportunities and regular supervision
