Following the formation of our new Digital Health team a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Personal Assistant to join our team to provide full support the Chief Nursing Information Officer, Chief Clinical Information Officer and the Digital Health Team.

The Personal Assistant has a critical role in supporting the department in delivering their objectives.

The post holder will develop excellent relationships both internally and externally and will frequently be the first point of contact for key stakeholders. The post holder will have exemplary communication skills to ensure that a positive impression of the Trust is maintained at all times. You will manage the administration for a range of projects including the production of documents, presentations and data reports. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating and preparing for meetings / appointments and responding on behalf of the CNIO/CCIO where appropriate as well as the diary management; scheduling, organising and maintaining of appointments.

There is a requirement for minute taking of meetings as and when required, including organising board agendas, and drawing up action logs as required.

The post holder will work at all times with a high degree of discretion and initiative, respecting confidentiality of information. It will be important for the post holder to develop and maintain an understanding of key Trust issues in order to manage and prioritise workload effectively and make decisions as appropriate. This will support the production of briefings, reports and presentations or the appropriate commissioning of items from others as required.

It will be essential that you have exceptional organisational skills, have demonstrable evidence of providing full administration support to meetings and line management experience would be a distinct advantage.
