With flexibility of the workforce, temporary staffing and recruitment and retention being paramount among our areas of focus, University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking to appoint an Assistant Director of Transactional Services. This role will lead strategic and operational service delivery of Temporary Staffing / Payroll and Recruitment Services and be responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of service improvements in line with the National People plan and system and organisational people strategies.

Responsible to the Chief People Officer this individual will possess the required tact and diplomacy to communicate highly complex, and sensitive information to all levels of the organisation. This post will require a driven and energetic individual who is interested in making progressive impact and a track record of delivering service improvements.
