We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to support the Medical Human Resources Projects team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely in a small team providing specialist support and advice whilst also undertaking a wide range of activities. In addition you will be specifically responsible for maintaining and issuing junior doctors rota templates and work schedules..

Previous experience of working in Medical Human Resources will be of benefit, however you will be well supported.

It is essential that you are able to work as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative, working independently when required. You will also be methodical, possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in all circumstances. You will be able to deal appropriately with confidential, sensitive, and potentially complex information.
